Pierre-Olivier is Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Pierre-Olivier Beckers-Vieujant served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Delhaize Group from January 1, 1999 till November 7, 2013. In January 2000, he was named Manager of the Year by the leading Belgian business magazine Trends/Tendances. In 2009, he was named Belgium’s BEL20 CEO of the year by the Belgian newspapers Le Soir and De Standaard. Until June 2010, he was co-Chairman of the Consumer Goods Forum, a global association of leading consumer goods retailers and manufacturers. Pierre-Olivier Beckers-Vieujant served on the Board of Directors of the Consumer Goods Forum. He was also on the Board of Directors of the Food Marketing Institute and is Vice-Chairman of the Executive Committee of FEB/VBO, the Belgian Employers Federation. He is a member of Guberna and, until 2010, the Belgian Commission on Corporate Governance. He is President of the BOIC (Belgian Olympic Interfederal Committee) since December 2004 and was reelected in 2013. He was also elected to the International Olympic Committee in July 2012. He earned a Master’s degree in applied economics at IAG, Louvain-la-Neuve and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Stefano serves on the Board of Directors.

Stefano Rivera has been CEO of Scabal since June 2013. He holds a diploma in mechanical engineering and an MBA from ESSEC in Paris. He has more than 20 years experience in manufacturing, sales, marketing and retail from working in various national and regional roles in several countries.

Contrary to many, Stefano’s taste for entrepreneurship has been evident since the start of his career. He went straight from graduation to managing his own successful SME in his home town of Cremona in the north of Italy, where he forged his first 10 years of professional experience.

Since 2000 Stefano has held various positions at multinational corporations based in France and Belgium. In Paris Stefano managed export business development for Carrier Corporation (a division of UTC) before joining  Sperian Protection (now Honeywell Safety Products) as VP Marketing. In 2007 he moved to Brussels where he held positions as Director Retail Europe for Bridgestone and Managing Director Retail EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) for the Goodyear Tyre and Rubber Company, before joining Scabal in 2013.

Mr. Deletaille is independent Director since October 2018.

Sébastien served as CEO of Riaktr (formerly known as Real Impact Analytics). Building on his entrepreneurial nature, Sébastien launched Riaktr with Loïc Jacobs van Merlen to capitalize on the growing trend of “Big Data” and the emerging need for Analytics. With Riaktr, Sébastien has developed Analytics software for Telecom operators for the last 8 years. He has worked for over 70 Telecom operators, including 6 of the 10 largest global telcos.

In addition, Sébastien has also been instrumental in the development of Data for Good, which is a program that helps governments and international agencies alleviate poverty, food crises and provide disaster relief where it’s needed most. Thanks to these efforts, Sébastien was selected to be part of the Belgian MIT Innovators under 35 community in 2016.

Prior to Riaktr, Sébastien worked for McKinsey & Company, both as a fast-track Junior Associate and member of McKinsey Solutions’ client development initiatives.
