At the heart of our solution - Mobile positionning

Our unicity lies in the fact that we can identify visitors flow inside the store without even interacting with them. Therefore, you can be sure that you will record real pattern of your visitor. They will not have an awkward behavior (because they are wearing something for example) or formulate biased answer to a survey. It’s totally transparent for them and therefore very valuable information!

How we do it? We use mobile phones ... Mainly

We install in the ceiling or on the shelf, small detectors that are totally independent and that will record some signal from your phone. The cool thing is that we can follow visitors without any privacy issue as it is totally anonymous. It is very important for us.

The detectors - we call them Phidi - can follow with a pretty good accuracy the movement of users. All this information is sent to our server where we perform magical analysis! It’s totally independant from the retailer’s IT, very easy to install and to remove.

Not just mobile phone

We are also working on several other cool things. What about following trolleys or bags? We can do it too! Soon, we will add some new tools including camera and new detectors to analyse even more data.
