Thanks to our solution, we collect data about the complete path of the shoppers inside a store, a shopping mall, a street or an outlet center.

We do it by installing small detectors (called the Phidi). They are powered up and that's all we have to do! It's plug and play, wireless and doesn't require any integration with the retailer's IT. 99% of the remaining task are performed from our own office leaving the retailers focused on it's own operations.

We do some magical analysis on the data

Data collection is just the first step. During the measurement, you can already monitor on your personal web-based dashboard, results to help you grasp the life of your store. After the campaign, we run analysis to extract relevant features and be able to predict what are the key elements driving your visitors journey. We have in-house modules that allow to differenciate the top performing departments along different dimensions. We also show departments based on their trafic and their contribution to the margin of the store. This can be done on a qualitative way (in-house) or through a cross analysis with retailer's data.

We integrate your sales data (optional)

Thanks to our data, we can simply mix them with your sales data and get valuable insights such as the conversion rate per department of the speed of purchase of your products. Conversion rate especially is a very efficient way to undesrtand the true effectiveness of your department ie it's ability to convert a visitor into a buyer.
